being the “World Changing Global Christian University”.

A Global University:
HGU is the host University for UNESCO UNITWIN(University Twinning & Networking) and a UN Academic Impact Hub Institution.
HGU offers an OECD-HGU Internship Program, and ranked 4th in the nation for Globalization Index. Moreover, 75 foreign countries were represented in the university.

HGU offers numerous external programs including international exchange,
overseas social service programs and, mission trips.
Courses offered in English:
About 30% of major courses are offered in English, and few selected courses such as Global Management(GM), Information Technology(\(\(\(\(\(\(\(\(IT), and US & International Law(UIL) are offered entirely in English.
Dormitory Life:
About 80% of all students and 100% of international students are required to live on campus for the purpose of developing a greater understanding, respect, and appreciation of people from various backgrounds.
Team Professors and the Team System:
All students are designated into a team of approximately 30-35 students. The team meets weekly for chapel, work-duty, and social/recreational events. Team professors serve as academic advisors, counselors, and mentors, and often become trusted friends to their team students.
Exceptional Faculty:
Professors demonstrate sincerity and willingness to help students in and outside the classroom. Jungang Daily Newspaper
conducted a survey where HGU ranked 1st place in qualitative lectures and faithfulness of the faculty.
